ALSO. RP KIDS WHO WERE IN THE CHAT LAST NIGHT, LISTEN UP. Mich, Keryn and Jamie and Li and I were being amazingly brilliant last night and came up with a name for the new RP: Shade Without Color, (without_color) an allusion to the poem "The Hollow Men" by T.S. Eliot. If you haven't read it, omg do it right now. I already put together Kankurou's journal, swear_i_tripped, because he more tripped from grace than fell from it XDDD. I'll be working on the gist blurb tonight after I get another 300 pages couple of chapters of Middlemarch finished. Do you want me to get the applications running, too? I could possibly get that whole process kicked off if someone else would be so kind as to volunteer for these other things. We need:

♣ Someone in charge of pimping in various other communities CONFIRMED: Mich
♣ Someone in charge of graphics: layout, banners, etc. CONFIRMED: Jamie

Ideas on places in the city that could be highly-frequented hotspots (and totally thought up during my morning class D:):

The Galaxy Theater---Kankurou works the night shift here. Modeled after this theater, which was built in the early 1900's and turned into a movie theater. Gorgeous, gorgeous place, though it's falling to pieces.
Valley Apartment Complex---Obligatory shitty apartment building. Many of the characters could live here, methinks. We might even do roommate assignments if enough people want to plant their kids there.
Extreme Bean---Equally obligatory coffee shop.
Survivors of Unplanned yet Crippling Knitting Accidents Anonymous (aka SUCKAA)---a support group front where all the fallen can come and bitch.

1) Text messages make me giddy. When I slog in from the pool after work and find someone's left me a little love on Ghettomaru the Cellphone, I literally do a happy dance. It's silly, I know, but I am a very silly individual. I mean, "Walkie-Talkie Man" makes me dance every time I listen to it. It's sort of ridiculous.

2) I am not a big fan of clothes. When I am hanging out by myself in my dorm room (a fairly regular thing, as most of you know) I only very rarely wear pants. I'm comfortable with myself, and clothes are just kind of annoying in general. This means that my roommate and her boyfriend (when they come around, whic ISN'T a fairly regular thing) are greeted by me dancing around in my underwear and a t-shirt. HEY. I HAVE CUTE PANTIES + I AM CUTER THAN MY ROOMMATE, SO HER BOYFRIEND HAS NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.

3) My two biggest fears are dolls and 'coons. I. Uh. They have little people hands. If I haven't regaled you with the reasonings behind both of these crippling and semi-irrational fears, poke me into doing so. They're quite the interesting stories. D: LITTLE PEOPLE HANDS.

4) I have cried at some point during every single Disney movie. STFU NATE.

5) I've only had three crushes in my entire life. One was just sort of weird and I can't really explain where it's going, and the other two were WHOLLY unrequited. MY LUCK. GODDAMN MY LUCK. Because of my shyness, I will go out with just about anyone who asks me. It's easier than thinking up excuses as to why I can't do something with them. That, or I just go "UH. HOMEWORK. WASHING HAIR. LESBIAN. YEAH." *makes up excuses liek mad*

6) I am very shy. To the point that I almost never IM people first, even if they're friends. I always feel as though I'm bothering people. KITTY'S GAPING HOLE OF SELF-ESTEEM, FTW. So if you're thinking I don't want to talk to you because I'm not IMing you first, that's not true. Actually, I'm probably staring at your sn and WILLING you to IM me.

Okay. So I started in no_air this past June. It was what we all like to call a FATEFUL MEETING---Keryn played one of the best Inos I've had the pleasure of RPing with, and I was one very cranky and Cocoa Puff addicted Shikamaru. He's such a whiny little bitch ♥. From no_air came konoha_rebirth, and no_jutsu_u and narukorp, and now my head's spinning faster than that girl in the Exorcist. But that's okay. Because I love you. As of today, we've talked/RPed 378 pages worth of shit over AIM. In four months. We're amazing that way. Speaking of amazing, you've talked me into joining THREE new RPs in the space of two weeks. With the way I limit myself, this is surreal. I have to say I'm just a RP whore with you, which is probably why all my characters seem fatally attracted to your Ino, whether or not I really want them to be. Kank/Ino? Your fault. Shikamaru MacBlueballs? Your fault. The lack of jelly? YOUR FAULT, YOU TWAT.

Okay. So plotbunnydoom is one of the few people on my flist that I actually know in RL. Okay, so I lie---Teagan is one of the two people on my flist that I know in real life (and the other one's Teagan's industrial-goth girlfriend). This should tell you something about the way I socialize :\. I first met Teagan at good ol' LB, through Carl---I think she pretty much sat down, talked at me, and ate my food. Being quiet and somewhat unobtrusive, I was shell-shocked. I was quickly adopted as She Who Is a Good Listener, so I got all the buzzy-babble for Teagan's all-OC and all AMAZINGLY GHEY RP. Crazy as Teagan might be, I love this skinny little fairy-goth to death. Don't come at me with the glitter, woman, or my gay Azn serial rapist will take out your angely French Christian rock-star, NO MATTER WHAT ZEKE SAYS.
